AMAZING April 25, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
WOW! BLOWN AWAY! FANTASTIC! The iPod Touch blows away all marketing iPods, except for his twin brother... The iPhone! I Love the Safari (Internet Access) It can't get any better... I have had no problems with my iTouch! Love it! Plus... It comes in the John Lennon case and I admire that guy... I mean the Beatles wouldn't be the Beatles if he wasn't in it... Imagine (Haha pun) the Beatles with no Lennon and two Ringoes. It sucks. But luckily, we have the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band!
Simply Amazing April 24, 2008 Wow. How cool... Movies, Music... The browser is as good as it gets for it's size. I have found a few sites that do not play nicely with Safari, but that is not Apple's fault. The video quality is awesome as well. Worth the extra money from a standard IPOD or Nano
Absolutely WONDERFUL April 24, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The Ipod Touch may be small enough to fit in my shirt pocket, but inside it is big enough to hold ALL of my converted movie library, mp3 files and HUNDREDS of applications that can be installed once this amazing device is "jail broken." I have never been happier with a purchase, including when I got my Macbook. If you can afford it, buy yourself the 32gb Ipod Touch, then use Youtube and Google to make it your own ;) Think Ebooks, PDF files, EVERYTHING that you want (except Adobe Flash lol).
It's all puff! April 24, 2008 4 out of 49 found this review helpful
I did order the iTouch 8 gb almost a month ago and tonight my husband finally transferred my existing stash of music on an original Classic ipod and almost used up all the memory on the iTouch. It's cute and I am now going to order the largest size because without it I will never be able to use email or any of the other cute gizmos offered.
This is for a very light user of anything iPod. If you aren't wedded to Apple look at Zoon for a much better deal.
And do note that Mr. Jobs still refuses to add a telephone to this iTouch leaving you in a situation where he would like you to buy two of his expensive products rather than one. The games Apple plays really come from the Marketing Department in Hell. Customers do not count: their cash register is all that matters.
Boy, I love this little device! April 24, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is my first iPod. At first I was looking for something small that I can show my baby's pictures around. Even though iPod touch is not cheap but it has a large display and it is very small, and that's exactly what I need.
After purchasing it, I realized I can use it as a PDA as well. It sync up with my outlook calendar, I can check my GMail, and I can even check my company e-mail from browser! And I can use Google map to check traffic condition before leaving the office. I used to carry my laptop computer around the office a lot, but now I just need my iPod!
I really like its interface. It is just simply cool! Many of my friends download the hacked version of s/w and they can run a lot more s/w in their iPod/iPhone. But since I use my iPod to check e-mail as well I think I'll stay with what I have now.
Another thing I really like is the Podcasts feature. I've subscribed to one Podcast about tips for Photoshop, free of charge!
Well, there are a few things I don't like about this iPod touch, though: 1. You cannot copy/paste in the browser. I really hope they will support this basic function soon... 2. You cannot download games to iPod Touch, unless you use the hacked version. 3. It would be nice if it has a speaker. 4. It would be nice if it supports Bluetooth.
