5 out of 5 stars iDeal Case for the iPhone   January 18, 2008
This case is perfect for your iphone.

The reason I went with this hard recycled plastic case is because the rubber ones have a grippy edge and catch on your pants pockets. Trust me, it sounds like a nit-picky thing, but if you have a call and try and grab it out of your pocket, it grips your pants and you look like you are playing with yourself. The rubber ones also stretch out easily.

This Agent 18 case is what you need.

PROS:
Eco-Friendly.
Durable.
Not clunky.
Sleek looking.

CONS:
Hard to find to purchase. So get yours now.

5 out of 5 stars Great case   January 12, 2008
I read all the reviews about all different cases for the i phone and I decided on the Agent 18, I am very glad I did. it comes in two parts that snap together in the middle, it is made of hard plastic and covers all edges of the phone, the back and even the front edge which should protect it for a face plant on the ground. It covers the chrome edges but I think the all black look of the black case looks great on the phone.

This case doesn't float my boat. The hard plastic is too slick and falls out of my hand (or off the dashboard) just as easily as the plain iPhone without a case.

Part of the reason I wanted a case is to increase the abilty to grip the phone. This case is slippery and aggravating. I might take some sandpaper to it to try and rough it up some so I can grasp it easier.

The hard plastic does offer some better protection in some regards but for me and my personal use, a rubber based cover with some shock protection is more useful.

I prefer the Cozip and Marware cases.

4 out of 5 stars The best iPhone case out there   January 7, 2008
This is the best iPhone case out there currently. Yes, it fits snugly, and yes, some dirt may get under the edge of the case and slightly scratch the bezel, but all the form-fitting cases will do that--it's the product of debris and friction.

This case is about the thickness of the latex-like incase one sold in volume at the Apple Store (that stretches out after a week or so), still protects it from drops, bangs and scratches, and doesn't break/stretch out/ever need replacing. ALSO, since it's hard plastic, it doesn't collect lint in your pocket. This was a requirement of mine.

Another cool feature is that it includes a dock insert for the Apple Universal Dock - MB125G/A, so that you don't have to take the case off to dock it (true with the other rubber cases. I have the Bose SoundDock Portable digital music system - Gloss Black, and the insert works on that, too! I'm just in iPod/iPhone heaven with this setup.

it didn't completely scratch the chrome trim around the iPhone!
I have both the clear and black ecoshields and the clear looks great. It protects your iPhone and you can still see that it's an iPhone. However, after a week of use I noticed that the chrome trim is all scratched up. I guess from dust and whatnot getting in there and grinding between the case and chrome. So my advise, do not buy this case!
