Iphone looks good with it, but it needs to be taked off to put in to the cradle.

If you drop your iphone and it lands face down this case will not protect it. The case is slim and easy to remove, and the slightly rubberized coating is excellent. However, it does not wrap around the front surface at all (and that's partly what makes it so slim and easy to insert/remove the phone). The touchscreen and the front corners are totally exposed. You could add a screen protector, but those corners are going to get dinged in 50% of drops onto a hard surface.

I love how sleek the case is but it's not shock proof. Bottom line: Apple is getting another $300 from me just to repair my cracked screen. I suggest buying a bulkier case that offers better protection. Or don't be an idiot and drop your phone.

This case looks great and adds minimal protection to your iPhone. What you won't like are the hairline scratches that will be left around the metalic trim on your phone.

This case was exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. The iPhone deserves to have its beauty and unique style open to the world. This case does just that.
It is (as others have stated) a plastic snap-on case that has a rubberized treatment sprayed on the back. It is identical to the T-Mobile dash case or the Wing. This does give the iphone a "grip" with minimal added bulk. This case is nearly undetectable and looks great too.
I didn't want to hide the phone, but I needed a better grip. It slips in and out of your pockets easily. This is a winner. For $15 you will not find a better case.
