I've done a lot of research on iPhone cases and this one looks like the best at first glance. It's nice and slim, clips on easily. This looks like one of the best cases.
That might be true for the first week or so, but then you begin to realize its flaws.
First off, though it feels nice, it's actually made from cheap materials. (It looks pretty from the outside, but the inside is left uncolored. People are right, it's just spray painted to look nice) After some use, the color begins to chip on the edges and you REALLY begin to see how cheap it is. (under the paint is a cream color)
Secondly, it looks like it would protect the phone from scratches. But that also is not entirely truthful. I agree, it protects the phone from external scratches and whatnot. But what you'll soon to notice is that the case itself gives the phone a lot of scratches, particularly at the silver edge of the phone. It isn't pretty.
I gave the item two stars (instead of one) because it does do what it's supposed to. It IS the slimmest case that protects it from external use. It looks pretty and doesn't add bulk.
It's like those used cars you see at the lot. They look pretty and sell for a nice price. But chances are, something's wrong under the hood.

When I first got this case, I absolutely loved it. It was thin, and looked good on my phone. However, only a few months after I got it, my cat knocked it off of my kitchen counter, and since this case does nothing to protect the LCD screen, my screen cracked. Do I recommend this product? Absolutely not.

Worst product. Finising is not good. In product description it was written it would cover back and front both, but product I got just covers the back part of iphone. I could not retrun because return cost is more than product cost. Worst product I have seen
slimmest case i've found June 4, 2008
this case is very slim-fitting, which is why i got it. nothing extra, and it works great for me. the rubbery texture is nice, and so far hasn't started coming off. i'm sure it will wear out eventually, but no big deal, since it's not a $35 case like so many others. the only thing i would add is maybe to have the edges at the corners extend a bit around the top, to provide a little screen protection when putting it down face-down, etc. the logo cut-out is unnecessary and looks kind of dorky, but whatever. if you carry your iphone in your pocket a lot and want some protection without all the bulk this is the way to go.

Probably the best available iPhone cover in the market that does not compromise the iPhone good looks. I must admit that this wont completely protect the iPhone, but provide the basic scratch and drop protection. The outer material has a nice slip resistant feel. The only issue I have with the cover is the finger prints it leaves on the black surface.
