The Perfect Solution August 8, 2010

I recieved an iPod Nano for my birthday and now have all my music on it. Being a music lover, I had no way of playing my Nano in my 2006 Jeep Cherokee, since it has no AUX input on the factory-installed sound system. A friend told me about this FM transmitter for iPod she purchased and decided to buy it. I expected marginal sound out of it, but was I wrong! The built-in FM scanner lets you tune in to that FM frequency on the radio and suddenly pure hi fi sound pours out. Very satisfied!

I've only had this a few days but it's working exactly as I had hoped with my iPhone 4 in my car. The signal is plenty strong enough and I've had no trouble finding a station to tune into. The USB cable connector for charging works just fine as well and I already had the cord from my bad old Motorola phone days.
I wish this had a presets feature so it would remember my top three frequency choices but otherwise, this is just what I wanted. When I went shopping I was expecting to have to pay more like $50 so this is a good bargain. My iPhone is not in a case (yet) FYI, so I don't know if this would work with one or not.

Works very well and a great deal. Make sure to also buy a mini-USB car charger since the power input is not the same as the iPhones.

I wanted an easy way to listen to my iPhone in my car without having to replace the stereo. This is the third FM transmitter I've purchased. All of the others were so-so at best. This one is better, and less expensive, then all the others I've tried. Since I bought it I have convinced three other people to give it a shot, and they love it too. The only time it isn't perfect is in heavy traffic (mild static).
It's the best iPhone FM transmitter I know of!
Doesn't work with a OtterBox Defender Case for iPhone 3G, 3G S (Black) so be careful.
