use your noise canceling headphones with your ipod touch. July 29, 2010 Robert Pete (san diego, ca) good product, saves bringing multiple sets of headphones with your ipod. before i had one set for using on skype, one pair for noise canceling, one retractable pair, and one wireless pair. now i just have the wireless and noise canceling with this product. provides the necessary microphone to use on skype, and controls to operate the ipod.
Very useful for iPod July 26, 2010 mg This worked great for the iPod shuffle so I could run and use my own headphones rather than the ones that come with the new generation.
Great adapter June 26, 2010 S. Sanders I have been using this at work to interface my shuffle to a boom box for about a month now. No problems at all, works just like the ear buds that came with the ipod. The build quality seems pretty good considering the very cheap price.
It works just fine June 21, 2010 Dennis Goodhart (New York) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read a lot of reviews about this product before I bought it. I thought I'd try it anyway. It works just fine. Like all electronics it needs to be handled carefully.
The problem is Apple's stupid headphones and control design, This at least give you the freedom to use other headsets, plug it into speakers or your car radio and still control the playlists and volume.
I paid $15.00 for it, I see Amazon now is selling it 1/2 price. If your looking for a fix to Apple's dumbest product idea of the century, this is it.
Almost Perfect June 15, 2010 D. H. Sempeck (Omaha, NE United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love almost everything about this product. It works exactly as they designed it to work. The only way to make it perfect would be to add a microphone so I could record stuff with my iPod Touch. I've broke one when I slammed it in my car door. Best controller/extender made.
