Unlike other reviewers that mentioned the band was too small, this band was 3 sizes to large. It is big enough to fit around my thigh and I am not a small woman. I am average weight, but taller and generally bigger than the average woman with normal sized arms. This is so ridiculously big it is totally unusable. The threading was unraveling when I received it and it took a month to get here. eForCity doesn't refund the shipping costs so it isn't worth paying to ship it back. What an unfortunate waste of money. Don't do the same thing I did and especially don't order from eForCity!

This item is a great idea, and if you have larger than average adult male arms, it may be perfect for you. However, if you are female, and/or if you are fairly slender, like I am, you may need to put a folded up washcloth or something else in between the band and your arm to make it useable. It may also be useful worn over a jacket. I may have that use for it come wintertime.

*Guaranteed to fit all NFL offensive and defensive linemen (and nobody else).
Honestly, I'm a 33 year old man. Sure, my arms aren't huge, but at its tightest fit there's still enough vacant space that I can stuff a large bottle of shampoo in there. This won't work for any women, and if you're a man, you'd better be playing tackle in the NFL or this armband won't fit you.

This was a pretty well made product, but if you have bigger than average arms, then this isn't the armband case for you. Go with something that has a totally elastic band. This was just way too small, and I am not really a big guy, but this just didn't cut it for me.
