Product was what was ordered, and the seller (SF Planet) was fine. We did not watch the video the seller recommended, and did not realize that there was a "second film" packaging that needed to be removed. After struggling to make the protector/"second film" work, we gave up and were going to throw it away. We peeled off what we thought was the protector, then wondered how we got some bubbles in the iPhone. That's when we realized that the REAL protector was actually installed and we were tossing away the "second film" packaging. Oops. Hey - watch the video ([...]) or carefully read the instructions.

I had a problem with my first purchase from BargainCell because they had sent me a different brand. I could not peel off the sticker on the screen protector or get rid of the bubbles. I tried to return it and they wouldn't give me a refund. Then I bought another one from a different seller and it works fine. No problem there.
