I actually bought this because the one my gave me broke...I dropped it..When I bought this one the remote broke but when I called the manufactor they replaced it right away and they even sent it 2 day shipping...or maybe next day delivery..I forget but all I know it wasn't standard shipping..I had this for 3 months so far and this one works great...

This transmitter was the biggest disappointment I've ever ordered online. It is the only item I've ever ordered that DID NOT WORK at all! It would not even turn on!!! I even tried to use it in my friends' cars and it did not work there either! My best advice is to invest in a NICER transmitter, a Belkin or Kensington... You can't get a good transmitter for $20.
