This case fits the iTouch very well. There is no opening for the power button on top, however, it is flexible enough so you can still press the power button easily. There is an opening on the botton for easy access for the power connector. What I would have liked here is if they had closed the botton up to only leave an opening for the power plug and a hole for the headphones but instead they left the entire bottom opened. This is really not a big issue just a preferrence.
The case is rather thin so it might not provide great protection if your itouch fell from a considerable height. So if you are looking for that type of protection, this won't do it.
Also note that the case does not cover the touch screen so you will need to buy a clear cover separately.
