 V-Moda Vide Duo earbuds August 26, 2008
During my research, the reviews I read raved about the deep, rich bass these ear buds provide. I have found the set I have to be lacking in bass completely. I also do not like the fabric cord covering, it tends to tangle around its self and hold the tangle in memory. The product is decent, but not great.

Good:
Decent sound - far better than stock iphone,
Comfortable
Stylish
1-year warranty which you almost certainly will use
Bad:
Bad design of the input jack - allows for far too much torque
Quality - Beginning to fail after 1 week of light use.
Answer call button small and hard to find quickly - design of stock phones is much better.
I began having performance problems 10 days after receipt. The switch you use to switch from phone to music is malfunctioning and my music will cut out and switch to phone if I turn my head. It seems that v-moda did no qa on this product and rushed it to market, however, they will probably end up losing money as most buyers will end up going through several pairs before the warranty exipres. I can't recommend this product. Either spend twenty for the coby's or 170 for the etymotics. Wish I did.
Not durable August 20, 2008
I loved my V-Moda earbuds for the first 6 months, however, they started falling apart. Now they are all but useless, because they don't provide enough strain relief at the plug and the wire degrades. I only get static or lose channels now unless I hold it very still in one position. Save your money.
 Excellent Sound Quality, but Only for a Month August 17, 2008
I have owned, to date, 6 pairs of V-Moda earbuds, 4 of which were Vibe-Duo's. As of yesterday, the last of the four stopped working. Two of them died completely, and in the last two the left earbud stopped working.
Don't get me wrong; the sound quality is great for the price, especially if you love a strong bass. However, the build quality is far below what I would expect for $100. None of the 4 suffered any physical damage, and I was extremely careful with the last two pairs.
I hate to say it, but if you are looking for overall quality, look elsewhere. Not at all worth the hassle.
ON MY THIRD SET August 16, 2008
I bought this headphone thinking that for the price it would be the best out there. WRONG. I am on my third set now and I'd say it had spent more time in transit than in my ears. It doesn't even last a month of good use. I keep my iphone in my pocket all the time and the headphone doesn't get abused, only use it for couple of hours a day. The only good thing is V-moda is always very accommodating as far as sending a replacement. BUY HIS ONLY IF YOU ENJOY MAKING TRIPS TO THE POST OFFICE.
