The true measure of a company is not necessarily the product, but the customer service. I bought a product from Pacific Rim and it turned out to be the wrong thing for my ipod. Instead of fighting me about it, Pacific Rim was very understanding and treated me more than fairly. The product was of excellent quality, it just so happened to be something I couldn't use for my ipod. So you can be assured that if you buy from Pacific Rim, you will get a quality product. But even more important, you will get great customer service! Thanks Pacific Rim for being so professional.
