works great. No mute or volume button on the line to the headset. However, great sound. Music automatically mutes when call comes in, then resmes when call is over. Graeat value.

Had a problem with the 1st pair, contacted vendor - they responded quick, fast and in a hurry. Had a new pair quicker than I can count to 3 and I didn't have to pay for postage again (thanks!) These are great! Not only can I hear clearly when talking on my cell, but I can also listen to my ipod with the same headset.
