The 14-inch G3 iBooks are the most practical way to obtain a low-cost laptop that will run most modern applications and still keep your pocketbook healthy.
With its warmer white "snow" case, it's a great computer for school or for those who don't like the look and feel of the silver PowerBooks. Some users also need or appreciate the larger images on the screen, in that it features the same resolution as a 12-inch but is spread out over a 14-inch display.
Additionally, they are the only 14-inch iBooks that are "dual-boot," i.e. they are capable of starting up in both OS 9 and OS X, a feature that may important to those who are using certain OS 9 applications.
The 14-inch G3 iBooks have Airport slots for wireless connectivity.
