Like the others have said, this adapter does not work. I tried it on a Dell laptop that I use for work and have used with projectors before and the adapter did not work.

The image comes through all distorted. Both the RCA and the S-Video signal.
Sorry... it's the truth. Glad I didn't spend too much on it.

Worked for me. Don't blame the adapter. It's your video card that doesn't have the TV output capability. Read the item description!!!!

I am 99% sure that this is a fake product. Someone got a bunch of salvaged parts and started creating these fake adapters out of them. They sell them for very cheap, so it is more trouble to return them than it is worth. Add a little something about them not working for all video cards and they're off the hook.
