 EXTREMELY POORLY BUILT October 28, 2008
The Eforcity Laptop Chill Pad Dual Fan Notebook Cooler is extremely poorly built and NOT working. I cannot use it right of the box. The USB connectors and plug are not aligned thus I cannot insert the connector to power the fan. I need to open it and align the connectors. There are places where the silver spray paint did not fully cover the case so you see black uncovered or missed areas. The stickers are lifted up including two long silver stickers on the side that cover the joining plastics.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I read some reviews that this company sucks too so I won't waste my time returning this product. I am thinking this product will be used as a stand only and eventually trashed.
Good value, but not the best quality October 18, 2008
Not as nice as other chill pads, but for the money its ok. fans are low quality as well as construction. doesnt turn off when computer sleeps, which is a disappointment.

I have got this Cooler but I am not hundred percent happy about it..It hardly cools the laptop and it makes so much noise, now I am buying another one from Antec which I used earlier and was very happy about its performance.

not good quality. break easily. noisy. does help a little bit to cool down the laptop.
