Overall, this is a pretty decent skin for the Zen Vision: M.
I bought it for my 30GB unit when I disovered how ridiculously easy it is to scratch the shiny surfaces. I had no trouble getting it in the sleeve (inserted it through the video window). I do find, however, that the fit could be much more snug. I didn't check the packaging, but perhaps this is designed to fit both the 30GB and 60GB models (which I think is a hair thicker or so). To be sure, the skin fits the player well - it's not going to fall out or come off somehow or anything. It's just not skin-tight.
Once "installed", I've found that it does NOT push down the buttons or do anything weird at all. I can view the whole video screen, use all the navigation controls, touch pad, on-off-hold switch, headphone jack, and sync port. I don't have a dock of any kind so I can't attest to whether it interferes with that.
The skin does not have a cheap feel. It feels exactly like you'd expect a silicone skin to feel like.
If I could change anything about this item, I would make it fit more snugly. Also, I'd offer it in different colors. The only skin Creative offers is frosted white and my black Zen looks ridiculous in it. Oh, one more thing: I would have Amazon actually show a picture of the product they're selling. As it stands now, there is a picture of a white Zen player. GWTP Amazon.

The skin is too tight. The bottom two buttons will stay pressed unless you relieve some pressure on the buttons. Look for another solution to protect your Zen.
I'm returning mine for the partial refund. Better than wasting the whole 20 bucks.
Ripped apart the first time i used it May 31, 2007
The front ripped wide open the first time i tried to slip it on my player. Yes, i used it on the right player (30Gb Zen) and, yes, i was careful. The pack that this came in was better quality than the product itself! It's very disappointing to spend ~$20 for a piece of flimsy plastic. This will be my first return to Amazon so i hope at least that goes well.

I have just received this skin for my Zen and I have to say it's great! I have the 30 gig model, but the packaging says that it fits the 60 as well. I was looking for something to give my Zen a little extra protection and this was it. It fits perfectly and has openings at the top for the on/off controls, the side for the microphone, and at the bottom for the sync plug. I am able to sync without removing the skin. It's not thin and "cheap" feeling like the last one that I had bought from an online auction, and it does not hold down the player control buttons like another that I bought from and returned from a local electronics retailer. I like the fact that it completely covers the back of the player as well. As for the previous review a that says the skin gets dirty... well, it will. I don't see any problem with taking the skin off, washing it with some soap and water, letting it dry, and then putting it back on. I think you'll be happy with this product.

and it's very hard to remove the dust - frequent washing is the only way! It fits Zen Vision: M very well, but the feel in hand is terrible, especially when it collects tons of dust on it.
