My Dell M4640 Ink Cartridge did not work. The printer says the toner is low and it feels empty when I shake it. I have repeatedly tried to contact Eforcity to refound this but they have not return any of my e-mails. I feel that this company robbed me of my money.

These cartridges are messy, and while they're cheap, they don't last very long either. Buy the good ones and don't bother with these.
