The long list of compatibility is there to fool you. It is only a AC to USB adapter.

I got 3 hand me down PDA's that I use for travel. This USB charger has been confirmed by Eforcity to universally work for PDA's mention but not for Zune or Ipod. For those they recommended either stand alone Ipod charger or their white Ipod version of USB charger. This one worked fine for my Palm Tungsten, Clie, and handspring.
