Convenient cable for a reasonable price February 6, 2008
I bought this a couple of months ago. It does a great job and is what it is advertised to be and for a lot less than the Garmin version. The cable length is 6 feet from your garmin to your PC, 7 feet from your Garmin to your cigarette lighter outlet. Since my serial cable port is on the back of my computer and difficult to get to, I bought a serial jumper cable so that I can plug my garmin cable into it instead of the back of my computer. It is working well. The quality of this cable is great. I have no complaints. For half the price of the Garmin version, this is a great deal.

Don't know how we did without one before. So quick and easy. Price about 1/3 what we would pay here in New Zealand, including shipping and handling.
