 I like the case, but.. January 6, 2009
Nice case and arrived as expected. I got the case becasue I keep the phone in my pocket. I wanted a port cover to keep the dust out of the ports. It does that. However the rubber, especially in the black color attacts a lot of dust. There is a constant white haze around the phone. I would avoid the black color and go with something that showed less dust if at all possible. The rubber also "sticks" in my pocket, but I expected that it would.

I won't repeat the already great information provided by the other purchasers of the Revo iSkin case for the iPhone. I agree with most of the opinions shared here. I bought the Nighthawk for my 2.5 iphone and can't be happier with the protection it provides.
I don't use the privacy screen, which seems pretty useless to me. I had already ordered a different brand of screen protector which I like better and have that on the screen.
The reason I ordered this cover was a friend of mine had one and after all the ones I had personally looked at, this seemed to be the sturdiest, which would offer the most protection to my phone.
So if you are considering buying this, I can't see how you will not be happy. Just be aware that it is more money and you probably won't use the other things that come with it. Or maybe you will.
I bought the Revo belt clip from iSkin so I could keep my iPhone on my belt as I have all my other cell phones. THEN I read reviews about their construction. The Revo belt clip, which I do not believe is available on Amazon.com, looks great, holds the phone perfectly, and I was very happy with it...until it broke. And it's very easy to break! The joint and swivel for the clip are all plastic, not metal. There is one metal piece in the clip but it is a spring. Hook your belt clip on anything, as I did, and snap! The clip is history. A very poor design for a very nice clip. Their website warranty says they have a life time warranty on the clip. But only on defective workmanship, NOT on breakage while using. In other words, they will only replace the clip if it's defective in someway. They won't replace the clip because it was poorly designed and manufactured and breaks when the least pressure is put on it from force. If the clip was made with an all metal swivel joint, it would be the perfect belt clip to house the Nighthawk. But because it's all plastic, I can not recommend the clip to anyone.
So this review is two fold, to say the Revo Nighthawk iPhone case is a great one, even though you can get cheaper and probably won't use the accessories that come with it. But it's to also warn you off from buying their great looking belt clip elsewhere that will break with the least little hook or tweak on anything. You can find better belt clips or iPhone cases right here at Amazon.
 Buying my second November 4, 2008
I've had this on my iPhone for 10 months now, and I'm a hardcore iPhone user. I bought this the day I bought my iPhone, and I wouldn't carry one without it! The only reason I'm replacing my first one is that I have a tear on the top left corner that's causing it to fit a little loosely. I've dropped my phone a few times with it in this case and have had no problems at all. I definitely feel like it's protected my investment and it's the only one I'm considering for my second protector.

I have had this thing on my iPhone for 6 months and it is still like new and I work in a very physical occuupation. I cannot believe how tough the case is and how well it has held it's shape. $40 well spent!

I was pleased with this iPhone cover - when I first purchased my phone I dropped it multiple times and was very upset with how many dings I'd accumulated. This case has been wonderful!!! I have dropped it many more times since and still no issues. It protects my phone well. It also prevents it from sliding out of my scrub top pockets and fits nicely in my jeans pockets. the grip also prevents it from sliding off of my console while driving.
I love that it comes with a screen protector as well - as another review pointed out - be sure to put it on smoothly and slowly so that you avoid excess bubbles. I was very careful but still had a some bubbles present and after 3 months of use they are all gone.
I would definitely recommend this case to others.
