Good, but I had an issue...MAJOR issue October 3, 2008

So, I had 2 iPods before I bought this product. I ended up losing my iPod so I decided to get something that was cheap and a brand I had heard of. I found this Zen, knew it was a good and purchased it. It worked well for a while until it said I couldn't put anymore music on it, it was too full. Interesting enough I had 119 songs on it and I bought the 4GB...seem a little strange? It did to me too. Especially because it should hold like 1000 songs or more. I had no pictures on it, no videos, NOTHING but music. I even deleted a bunch of songs and I STILL couldn't get any music on it. I rated it 3 stars because while I was able to add more music it was awesome. So I am not sure if it was just mine or what the issue was but I know I am not buying it again. By the way this started happening like a month into me owning it. I guess I am headed back to the iPod, oh well!
 Armband is way too small September 23, 2008
The armband for the creative zen is not only too small it will not stand up to constant use. I've had one for three months and the velcro has worn off, but not to worry the shoddy construction of the elastic band more than makes up for the velcro. The elastic band has frayed to the point were I can attach the velcro fastener anywhere on the armband. I would have paid more for something a little more durable.

positive points:
* you get a soft case for ZEN for a moderate price
* plus you get screen protector and band (armband? wristband?)
* it works
negative points:
* it's kind of a riddle to assemble case with carabine; redone it few times before get a result supposed by designers
* band is useless (too small, or i do not understand it's purpose without instruction)
* your device looks less cooler hidden in case
* rubber-like material gather dust like vacuum cleaner (electrostatics?)

The cover itself may be ok, nothing special.. it's essentially a condom for your Zen.
The store I bought mine at did not provide the belt loop attachment which is annoying, though again, the material is so thin and flimsy that I doubt it would last long with an attachment there anyway.
The reason this is a real loser is that the armband doesn't fit around my biceps. Mine are only 16" around, not huge by any means, but if I put it on and just barely get the velcro pieces to overlap it cuts off the circulation to my arm, i.e. TOO TIGHT!

So there's a couple of things that come- the skin itself (I got black), a screen protector, a belt clip, and an armband.
The skin is fine, it fits perfectly, seems durable, and doesn't obstruct any buttons. The downside is that, WOW, is it linty. Yikes! You cannot keep that thing clean, but such is life, and such is the nature of that material. Silicone skins like this one always end up lint covered, this one just happened to start out that way too.
The screen protector I actually think is very good. It's cheaper than ordering from Creative, and I actually can attest for the fact that it can be removed and reapplied. See, I ordered the 8 GB Zen originally, but decided it wasn't big enough. So I ordered the 16 GB and when it came, I took the screen protector off the old Zen (it had been on for a few days) and stuck it right on the new one. No bubbles, no peeling- I was totally amazed! I was sure I was going to need a new one, but nope, not necessary.
The armband is useless, just forget about it.
I cannot get the stupid belt clip to work!! I'm sure it's just me and I don't care enough to spend a lot of time messing with it, but some instructions would have killed them? I put the little round plastic thing in the hole but then the clip wouldn't slide on and click in place. But maybe you'll have more luck.
Anyway, I think this skin package is perfectly decent quality for the money, and should work out fine as a basic mp3 cover and screen protector.
