Its okay. August 27, 2008 I purchased the silicone case and the arm band for exercising..and they work. The silicone case seems to get really dusty and I have to constanly wipe it off. (No big deal) But for the price its pretty good. Its also comes with a screen protector...which I really liked.
Premium Apple iPod Touch Silicone Case July 21, 2008 Exactly what I was looking for. Protects my iPod touch and is not bulky. Would highly recommend to others.
Works well! May 30, 2008 This silicone sleeve takes a little wiggling to fit onto the iPod Touch, but after some adjusting, it fits snug and feels secure. Good price for a sound product.
Other people have complained about the slits in the back for the armband...but I think if those slits weren't there, people would be complaining about not having slits to put it on an armband!
Solid black leather case April 25, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
After reading about 15 different products' reviews, I settled on the black leather case available here because (1) I wanted something sturdier than silicone, (2) it came with a free screen cover, and (3) the price was much better than most of the other leather cases available.
I just got the case today (pretty fast shipping) and it looks good so far. Pros: - fits iPod Touch snugly with plenty of space for the computer connector, headphone jack, and it's relatively easy to reach the sleep button (one caveat that I have small fingers) - case snaps at top of back for extra security, so it won't slip out even if the iPod is upside down - doesn't block the light sensor (small cutout) - belt clip is tight...better than the one on my cell phone case and I've never had problems with that one falling off. - belt clip can also rotate somewhat, so more flexibility in terms of placement
Cons: - a slight smell from the leather, though not totally unpleasant (it smells something like raw radishes)...hopefully this will go away in a few days - covers a little of the "home" button but not so much that I can't use it (again, I have small fingers, so this might be harder for other people) - belt clip makes the whole ensemble noticeably thicker, although that is to be expected - a little difficult to get the iPod out because the case is so snug, but just pull firmly and it slides out ok
For the screen cover, I just left the one that came with the iPod on and trimmed off the bottom tab, thus avoiding any problems with putting a new one on. That said, now I have an extra :)
As a protective case, well doing its job March 6, 2008 I put my itouch in pocket daily, thus bought this case for protective purpose. I order from vizu and it arrived in the 2nd day (not next day).
1. It is slim - not adding much to the slim itouch. 2. The buttons aligns well, and are easy to operate. 3. It added some damper to the surface, thus the touch is not that easy to drop off from pocket. 4. The armband (guess only from vizu?) does its job, not perfect though.
Some concerns, 1. Occasionally the itouch was turn on in my back pocket because the power button is easier to be triggered - it is significantly convex than the button on itouch. 2. The thing looks cheap - the plastic is sometime distort and in ugly shape. This will reduce your chance being mugged in metro downtown though.
