Great for the gym July 25, 2008 Works great for the gym. Just have be careful to make sure your ipod doesn't slide out too much since it's completely open at the bottom, so repetitive motion may loosen it a bit. I'm pretty happy with it otherwise.
Update: a quick fix to keep the ipod from sliding out of the silicone case is to apply an invisible skin (such as the Best Skins Ever). I found out that this works quite well, as the skin makes the ipod much more grippy and keeps it from falling out of the case.
perfect for gym use... November 29, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
i use it daily @ the gym && i've yet to have a real problem w/ it. my only complaint is that there's no protection for the face of the ipod. otherwise, i'm thrilled.
iPod Nano October 4, 2007 2 out of 12 found this review helpful
Strong metal case, small, thin easy to use program. Very durable.
Everything is Apple proprietary. Unless you are one of those people who likes redoing something that is working perfectly fine there is no simple way to transfer your MP3 music to the iPod. Don't plan on having your iPod Nano up & running for a couple weeks. Unless you currently have an iPod or an Apple Computer all your music has to be converted to their iPod format.
You have to subscribe to the iTunes store and give them your credit card
All of my CD's are backed up on my external hard drive, I have never downloaded a song legal or illegal, yet it told me I needed a license agreement.
I have a folder with the top hits from each CD, it contains 247 songs. When I loaded that folder into the iPod it only accepted 26 songs. It said the others were not compatible.
When I tried to load them individually it said I needed to download a license agreement. When I clicked on the get license agreement it told me ("Browser does not have "Microsoft Windows Media Services" plug ins installed). Note: my Dell notebook computer is less than a year old.
If you use Firefox you cannot download the license agreement or the Microsoft plug ins you have to go back to Internet Explorer.
