This works great. I use it for running and although you need to make a playlist since you can't really skip songs etc, it holds the phone well and is better than carrying it in your hand.

I was looking for a good armband to use with my iphone for jogging. At the same time, I don't know how long I'll have the phone (upgrade to 3g iphone) so I wanted something I could use with other devices if needed. The price on this one was great. I use it about 5 times a week and have had no problems so far. It fits well on my arm and doesn't slide down. Note, I don't have particularly large arms, so it fits nicely. It's probably not for you if your arms are large. I gave it a four out of five because it's just not as breathable as some other armbands. I'm very pleased with it.

This works perfectly for my morning power walks! Also, not bad for navigating through airport security lines and staying calm while listening to your favorite tunes.

As my title says, "You pay for what you get."
The case can carry my ipod, but I cannot do anything on my ipod touch while in the case, so each time I need to select a song or adjust the volume I have to remove it from the case every time. (very hassling indeed)
